Loveland Center maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors. The following is our donor privacy policy, which guides our staff and volunteers on how they may and may not use your personal information while honoring your rights as a supporter.
We may request personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number ONLY for the purposes of accepting donations to Loveland Center. This information is only collected when a donor voluntarily provides it to us.
Loveland Center donors can be confident that:
Each gift will receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition. Donors have the right to opt out of public recognition upon request.
Personal information will be handled safely and securely. Only authorized employees who have been trained in the proper handling of donor information will have access to this information.
Your payment information is submitted through First Data, via a secure webpage that is encrypted to maximize your online security.
Loveland Center will not sell, rent or share the personal or contact information of donors with any other individuals or organizations.
Contact information will be used only to update the donor on Center and student activities and initiatives, send information on fundraising campaigns and provide donor appreciation.
The donor's name will be removed from all internal lists upon written request. Note that contact information is required by the IRS in relation to contributions but is not for public inspection.
Loveland Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our Federal I.D. Number is 59-1011392. Loveland Center’s registration number with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is CH633. Loveland Center employs no contracted solicitors and receives 100% of all contributions. A copy of this official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of consumer Services by calling toll-free 1-800-435-7372 within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
