Job coaches are provided to work with each employee at their site to
ensure the job is done right. As the employee masters the basics
of his or her job, the job coach spends less and less time on a
site until the employee independently performs all the duties.
After maintaining their job successfully each employee is
eligible to join our Explorers Club.
This introduces them to activities to fulfill their lives
outside of work, such as going to local attractions and
restaurants. All
students that now live in their own apartments used this service
as a stepping stone toward living on their own.
